  8. WHAT IS SUPERSET?

  10. SuperSet is a shareware program that replaces the DOS 'SET'
  11. command.  Like the DOS 'SET' command, SuperSet allows you to
  12. view and modify DOS environment strings. SuperSet, however,
  13. contains additional features that make it a more useful
  14. tool.  With SuperSet you can:

  16.   *  Extend the length of any environment variable to any
  17.      arbitrary length.    You are not limited to the normal
  18.      DOS limit of 127 characters.
  19.  
  20.   *  Prepend or append to existing environment variables.
  21.      No more re-typing your entire PATH just to add one more
  22.      directory.

  24.   *  Save, Load and Update environment snapshot files.  These
  25.      provide a quick, easy, one-shot way to setup your
  26.      environment in a single command.

  28.   *  Operate on either the parent OR the master environment
  29.      block.  This lets you change your environment from within
  30.      programs like MAKE.

  32.   *  Prune Novell NetWare network drives in the PATH.  Mapped
